Refund and Exchange Policy
All ticket sales are final. Hartworks Theatrics does not offer refunds for tickets once they have been purchased.
General Policies
Refunds and Exchanges:
All ticket purchases are final and nonrefundable.
Late Seating:
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager and may be placed in available seats that do not disrupt the performance.
Cancelled or Rescheduled Performances:
In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule a performance, ticket holders will receive prompt communication regarding the situation, along with options for alternative arrangements or refunds if rescheduling is not possible. Please note that processing fees from Ludus are nonrefundable.
Ludus Refund Protection:
If you opt-in for refund protection when purchasing tickets, please be aware that this is managed through our ticketing platform provider, Ludus, and NOT through Hartworks.
Ticket Transferability:
Tickets may be transferable at the discretion of the ticket holder. Please contact our Box Office for details on how to transfer your tickets.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Hartworks Theatrics).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
